User Generated Content (UGC) Submission Agreement

By submitting User Generated Content (UGC) to The Mom Foundation of Huntsville, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and Rights:

You certify that you are the sole owner of all rights to the UGC you submit, including any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights associated with it.

You have obtained all necessary permissions from any individuals identifiable in the UGC to use their likeness in the manner you are submitting it.

You grant [The Mom Foundation of Huntsville] a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and display your UGC on our platform and related marketing materials.

2. Content Restrictions:

You agree that your UGC will not contain any content that is:

Defamatory, obscene, or offensive

Infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights

Violating any laws or regulations

Promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination

Considered sexually suggestive or exploitative of children

3. Release of Liability:

You agree to hold The Mom Foundation of Huntsville harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of your UGC, including claims related to copyright infringement, defamation, or privacy violations. You understand that The Mom Foundation of Huntsville does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or truthfulness of any UGC submitted.

4. Removal and Modification:

The Mom Foundation of Huntsville reserves the right to remove or modify any UGC at any time, without notice, if it violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama.

By submitting your UGC, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
