The D2 Initiative aims to improve birth outcomes in North Alabama by improving access to and affordability of quality doula and midwifery support services. We partner with The DandeLion House Community Doulas and support the Alabama Doula Alliance to provide doula support to North Alabama mothers in need on a scholarship or deeply discounted fee basis.
